We will partner with your team to support research goals and organize UX research execution while taking care of the time-consuming side of operations with: Managing recruitment, screening, scheduling and compensation for participants Providing guidelines for consent, storage & protection of personally identifiable information (PII) Providing tools for managing and synthesizing research insights Guidance & maintenance of research tools your team should be implementing As needed: create and run workshops for your team to understand the role of research operations
